Who are we
The Rose Wine Pub on 30th is named for the historic location it occupies, the restored 1927 Rose Grocery building, and in honor of the owner's grandmother, Rose Miranda.
Designed to encompass aspects of all four seasons, The Rose envelops customers in a mixture of materials such as reclaimed wood, stone, and metal. Our wine selection features many small productions vineyards all over the world, offering customers the opportunity to taste options they may not find elsewhere.
We also offer a selection of six beers on tap, and an array of bottled beers. The Rose is a neighborhood place that engages all of the senses, and offers an intimate space to relax with friends while enjoying great wine, craft beer, and a light menu.
The History
Terroir
It comes from the word terre "land". It was originally a French term in wine, coffee and tea used to denote the special characteristics that geography and geology bestowed upon particular varieties. The Rose is a collection of many places. We spent time bringing in essence of the earth, beause we firmly believe it nurtures the love we have inside of the Rose Wine Pub.

This environment was created to harbor creativity and social interaction. We want you to come to The Rose to relax, forget the pains of the day and just let the cutural spirits soak in. We want every visitor to leave with the feeling that they have been somewhere that has made a difference, and opened them up to something new.
